How long does shipping take for instruments?

Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days and arrive in 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email once your instrument has been dispatched.

Can I track my order after it ships?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, we send a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you do not see that email, check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.

What is your return policy for instruments?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for instruments in their original condition and packaging. Simply reach out to our team with your order details and we will guide you through the process. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the item.

Can I exchange an instrument for a different model?

Yes, exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery as long as the instrument is in its original condition. Contact us with the model you would like instead and we will arrange the swap. If there is a price difference, we will adjust accordingly.

How do I choose the right violin or guitar size?

Selecting the correct size depends on the player's arm length and experience level. Each product page includes a detailed sizing guide to help you decide. If you are still unsure, send us the player's height and arm measurement and we will recommend the best fit.

Do you offer custom engraving on instruments?

We carry a selection of engraving tools for personalizing your instruments. While we do not offer an in-house engraving service at this time, our team can recommend the right tools and techniques for your specific instrument. Feel free to ask us for guidance.
